Reservation Policy & How to Make A Reservation

Rental Agreement & Minimum Stay
  • Rental Agreement – A signed Rental Agreement is required to confirm your reservation
  • Minimum Stay – Oct. 1 – April 30th – 4 nights ~~ May 1st – Sept. 30th – 3 nights
Deposit Requirements
A deposit of 50% of the total is due to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to check in. A refundable $100 security deposit is required to rent the Sourdough Cabin & a $200 security deposit is required to rent the Chinook cabin. Providing the terms of the Rental Agreement are met, the security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure.Note: Reservations made within 30 days of arrival time require full payment at the time of booking.
Payment Methods
We accept personal/cashier checks, money orders, travelers’ checks, cash, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
Cancellations and Refunds
To cancel a reservation, we require a written notice sent by email or mail. Deposits are refundable less a 10% “Administrative Fee” if cancellation is received at least 45 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled fewer than 45 days prior to arrival date, the total deposit is non-refundable. We will refund any amount we can re-book. (A 10% Administrative Fee for each night of a multiple night stay is non-refundable regardless of cancellation date.)In the event of a NO SHOW or EARLY DEPARTURE, there is NO REFUND.
Travel Insurance
To protect your vacation investment, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Even the best planned vacations can be affected by flight issues, illnesses, change of plans, etc.
Changes to Reservations
You may request a change to your reservation one time at no charge – this is subject to availability.
