Reservation Policy & How to Make A Reservation

Reservation Policy
  • Advance reservations require a two night minimum stay in the Chinook or Sourdough Cabins.
  • There is a 3 night minimum stay requirement in the Riverside Cottage.
Deposit Requirements
A 50% deposit of the total is due within 7 days of reservation date. The balance is due at time of check-in.

Note: Reservations made within 45 days of arrival time may require full payment at the time of booking.

Payment Methods
We accept personal/cashier checks, money orders, travelers’ checks, cash, VISA, MasterCard and Diners.
Cancellations and Refunds
To cancel a reservation, we require a written notice sent by email or mail. Deposits are refundable less a 10% “Administrative Fee” if cancellation is received at least 45 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled fewer than 45 days prior to arrival date, the total deposit is non-refundable. We will refund any amount we can re-book. (A 10% Administrative Fee for each night of a multiple night stay is non-refundable regardless of cancellation date.)

In the event of a NO SHOW or EARLY DEPARTURE, there is NO REFUND.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
Changes to Reservations
You may request a change to your reservation one time at no charge – this is subject to availability.
