Riverside Cottage
This beautiful, comfortable vacation cottage was recently purchased and renovated to provide a retreat for couples, families & larger groups looking for extended stays. Riverbend’s Riverside Cottage is situated along side the scenic Chena River on a 10 acre, very private peninsula. This beautiful forested peninsula is surrounded by river and is teeming with wildlife including moose, fox, ducks, eagles and a wide variety of other birds. The large deck overlooking the river provides a great place to barbeque, visit with friends and family or just relax and soak in the breathtaking views. After a long day of enjoying our beautiful interior, relax and enjoy the indoor steam sauna.
This large, well appointed cottage features an upstairs master bedroom with a queen bed and a beautiful bird’s eye view of the river, a second upstairs bedroom with 2 twin beds and a downstairs cozy bedroom with a queen bed. The living room has a double sleeper sofa and a double futon. The cottage can comfortably sleep 8 – 10 persons. The spacious, fully equipped country kitchen is open to the dining area and den. The den features a woodstove and large picture windows looking out to the river.
